THE INCIDENT

Internet payments:
FNB has the fasility that an e-mail be sent to the recipient when I make payment to the recipient, at a fee of R0.55, charged at the end of the month.
The fee '#EMAIL SENDING FEE' was charged on the 26 Feb, and again on the 27 Feb, thus charged dubble for end Feb. on all my accounts.
If FNB charged all their clients dubble, what a good profit, and the cost for me to phone is too high to query R0.55

Quite impressed: They phoned me every day to keep me informed that they were investigating and working on the matter. On 5 March the matter was resolved, and correction made on my accounts
